Together we’ll work out what you really want, make a plan that fits your life, and keep you moving until you get there.
You’ve got a goal on paper, maybe one you’ve carried for years. But when you picture getting there, it doesn’t light you up the way it used to.
Everyone around you seems to know where they’re heading. You keep telling yourself you’ll work it out once things calm down. Things don’t calm down. Another year goes by and you’re still circling the same question.
You’re not lost. You’ve outgrown the old plan and haven’t written the new one yet.
You know what you need to do but for some reason, you can't get it done.
You want to do it, you tell yourself you really do. You even ask friends and family to keep you on track. The first week goes well, and the second week starts well, and by the end of week 3, it's another goal that slides out of sight.
You're embarrassed and perhaps feeling like you're a failure. Again.

I help women who are good at getting things done for everyone else work out what they want for themselves, and then actually do it.
Sometimes that means questioning a goal you’ve carried for years. Sometimes it means finally finishing one. Either way, we work through it together.
My approach comes from years of study and real life, including an ADHD diagnosis at 50. I know what it’s like when the plan makes sense on paper and still doesn’t happen.
How I work
Clarity: We work out what matters to you now, not five years ago.
Structure: We build a plan that feels doable, not daunting.
Accountability: You’re supported, not judged.
Follow-through: You make progress that lasts.
Coaching that fits your life, your energy and your pace.
Taking the first step into coaching is often the hardest, especially with someone you haven't met yet.
That's why I offer a 30-minute conversation to look at where you are now, where you want to be, and what working together would look like.

For people who want to move from thinking to doing.
